Update version 7.23
Yesterday timing for 3 laps around yishun pond was 13.37s
today was 13.24s. I improved, but i still have no ideas what
was the distance covered, but surely it’s more than 2.4km.
Mental is really important.
Monday 2pm is my NAFA test. I gonna make it Gold this
time around. Afraid of my pull-ups would crush everything.
But. . .
I’m under construction to becoming a better athlete/player.
Warning to all the singles players.
I’m on super hyper fire-charged on doing everything
i can to be selected for the 1st team singles.
